The guy literally printed the algorithm in a book to show that the first amendment protects encryption math. Luckily the justices at the time were definitely pro first amendment. The guy literally printed the algorithm in a book to show that the first amendment protects encryption math. Luckily the justices at the time were definitely pro first amendment. Unlucky that they used first amendment to justify citizens United
