It was a good speech as well!
It was powerful statement about how the MAGA movement has become a threat to democracy and where USA will be heading if nothing is done to them. Biden also appealed for the moderate Republicans to reject the extremists within their ranks. He pointed out what the rest of the world is thinking about USA.
The reaction to the speech was downright ridiculous from the right. They accused Biden of Hitler-like antics and furthering the political divide of the country… while Trump, Tucker Carlson & co base the majority of their rhetoric on division. If one points out the political divide and denounces political violence, how it’s divisive rhetoric? Also, when every US president is called Hitler (either from the right or the left), it makes comparisons to Hitler pointless.
