My wife likes to go to antique stores and they always have a ton of CDs. We were in one yesterday and joked with each other about how we don’t even own a way to play optical media any more. Fortunately they also had a shelf full of old CD players. Unfortunately we live in a van and space is at a premium so owning a CD player isn’t an option for us at the moment.

I forgot this show even existed until I saw this post. If production doesn’t start until 2027 I can’t imagine it will air until 2028 which means that there are 3 years between seasons.

I legitimately can’t remember anything that happened in season one. Maybe the delay between seasons is intentional so that viewers need to go back and watch S1 before S2 which would increase subscriptions and watch time?

At this point I no longer bother to watch anything that doesn’t already have a second season and even then I’m skeptical.

I feel bad agreeing with you because I’m sure plenty of great people love Indiana but holy hell Indiana is someplace I hate to be. I had to drive through it recently and the highway immediately turns to shit as soon as you cross into the state. The interior of my RV sounded like rocks in a washing machine. The entirety of the interstate through Indiana is a construction zone which is weird because prior to my most recent trip I rode a motorcycle through Indiana about 10 years ago and I remember constant construction traffic jams. It seems that the interstate is in a perpetual state of construction.

I also had to stop for gas on my motorcycle in Gary which was poor planning on my part. If you ever get the opportunity to visit Gary, Indiana, don’t.

It was on sale on steam for $8 so I bought a copy for myself and for my wife. This is in addition to owning it on Android and the Nintendo Switch.

Seems like it will be fun to play on PC with a keyboard and mouse and maybe some mods.

Fuck Motorola. I had to pay $30 to get a warranty replacement for this phone when the USB port stopped working about 2 months into owning it.

Also the fact that there’s no way to disable 5g which means constant cell signal dropouts while the phone switches back and forth between 3 bars of 4g and 1 bar of 5g. I’m seriously considering buying a 4g only phone from a few years ago just because 5g has only made my experience worse.

I’m running a Motorola G Power for the headphone jack. Do you have more info on their predatory update policy? Genuinely curious to know what’s in store for me in the future. I’m not crazy about this phone but it does have a headphone jack and an SD card slot which is why I settled for it.

That’s an interesting perspective. I think I tried it last year so quite a long time after it was released.

I think it came up in a discussion of “what games can you only play once?” and I had just finished Outer Wilds which was also on that list so I was excited to find something to fill the Outer Wilds hole in my heart but Journey wasn’t it unfortunately.

I didn’t finish it but I have no clue how close to the end I got. I didn’t realize it was that short. Either way I did not enjoy it at all even though the internet raved about how good it was.
