So last Wednesday before WisCon, (last week of May), I was diagnosed with breast cancer. They caught it early, the prognosis is really good, and I'm doing fine. I will be attending EuroCon. The reason I had to cancel my Boston Brookline Books signing with Holly Black is that was the only way I could get back home to have appointments with a surgeon and oncologist to get the treatment process started before I needed to leave for Sweden, which we did this morning.
