That was a terrifyingly entertaining read. Now I’m even more paranoid.
Yeah, definitely makes me think twice before trying out new apps.

I guess its good advice is to stick wirh well established ones. Makes it hard for newcomers, though.

This was such a good read. Makes me want to get into application security auditing.
If only it was easier to find things like this, but sadly most companies aren’t this scummy/incompetent xD

Saw this one over on /r/cybersecurity and just goes to show why you should always have healthy skepticism for new closed source applications with wild claims.
