I swear, these articles have been coming out like every week for years. Its as if they want the market to crash so that labor can be cheaper. The fact is, workers are in a real good spot with record low unemployment that is resistant to what the fed is trying to pull, and will only get more tight as boomers retire. Even if there is a recession, Id imagine that you would see severance get paid to get folks to retire before unemployment shoots way up
