What exactly is inside that historic 37-count federal indictment against Donald Trump? MSNBC host Ali Velshi reads every word of the DOJ’s allegations against the former president, including a transcript of a conversation Trump allegedly had about a classified military document and texts between his employees.

Is execution on the table for any of this?

I highly doubt it, there’s only been one person ever executed for treason and that was in 1847. And, He’s not being charged for treason but rather under the espionage act. Which technically has capital punishment as a possible charge, but he’s more likely to get prison time instead which is a max of 10 years per charge. So if he’s nailed on all 37 counts that’s 370 years. But i doubt he’ll live long enough to complete even one sentence, the man has never exercised in his life and lives off of McDonald’s hamberders and Adderall, It’s a miracle he’s alive now.

If it were you or me, we wouldn’t see daylight again. Unless it was in front of a firing squad.
For Trump? Unfortunately, I doubt that’s on the table.

No, but if convicted he would die of old age in prison. If death penalty were on the table he would probably die of old age before it was actually done.
