Shaan Geo is probably well known to Malayalees who use online recipes. I’m linking it here for the beginners in cooking and those who haven’t started yet. His recipes are a must-try. If you are a beginner, his videos are a good place to start. With short videos and precise recipes, there is little that can stand in your way to having a perfect dish. If you don’t cook, this is a good opportunity to discover home-made food that’s better than anything you can buy!
ShaanGeo used to be my first choice when looking for recipes. Very simple and short with correct measurements. Now I have started to experiment with other channels such as Kannoor Kitchen.
Shaan Geo isn’t my only choice either. I have tried a bunch of others. Most are really tasty.
What other channels do you recommend?
I tried a duck recipe from Aadyaz Glamz. It was good. There are some good veg recipes at Sree’s Veg Menu.
