nave ( @nave@lemmy.fmhy.ml ) English28•2 years agoHe’s not wrong though.
Br0da ( @br0da@lemmy.ml ) English24•2 years agoIt’s weird to have spent almost 12 years on Reddit to come to Lemmy and see all of these old memes. On one hand it’s a nice little throwback I can chuckle at. On the other hand it’s a little concerning that for the next 11+ years, I’m going to have to start this meme trip again from the beginning.
LolaCat ( @LolaCat@beehaw.org ) English2•2 years agoIkr it’s kinda annoying, anyway take a look at this cool new meme I found

MeowKittyWow ( @MeowKittyWow@beehaw.org ) English1•2 years agoThat’s true though? Idk I am not a biologist
Jimbob0i0 ( @Jimbob0i0@beehaw.org ) English2•2 years agoIn biology terms of you’re discussing dominant X it’s probably about genes and DNA inheritance.
For example blue eyes or red hair can appear in children of those with brown eyes or dark hair since the pigmentation genes have the darker ones as dominant.
The opposite in this case would be regressive.
cnnrduncan ( @cnnrduncan@beehaw.org ) English1•2 years agoIn my country’s version of English we use the term “recessive” rather than “regressive” to refer to non-dominant genes!
MeowKittyWow ( @MeowKittyWow@beehaw.org ) English1•2 years agoNothing regressive about being a sub, though :p
