5·20 hours agoI think that both are important and can be used together as a tool. Idealism grounded in materialism. The legend itself is a tool for further discussions and inspiration. There’s a lot of power in simple ideas.
4·21 hours agoAFAIK the government is the issue there, not cultural attitudes. Their politicians don’t use it as a weapon, but I could be wrong.

There’s one particular seagull that has a bad leg (mangled from fishing line) that hangs out outside of a coffee shop I frequent. He’s very polite, so I give him nibbles. His cousins can fuck right off, though. I’ll fight every last one of them lol.
