What’s this?

This is a community where furries can find other furries for different activities, like roleplaying, chatting, jerk buds, real life, you name it.

Selling any kind of services.

This is an 18+ community.

You are allowed to post 1 ad per activity. You can post ads for max 3 different activities per day. There is no need for you to repost when you are still visible on the first page!

Use clear titles! Who is searching who, for what kind of activity? See How to form a title.

Mark NSFW requests correctly.

Optional: Create an introduction post ([Intro] in title) about yourself. Keep it updated so you can link to that post in your other posts to prevent repeating yourself. The [Intro] post does not count to the post limit.

Notice: yiffit.net and /c/fur4fur, respective the admins and mods, are not responsible for anything that happen outside of this community. You must be fully aware of all possible dangers before posting any information. You are connecting with strangers after all. To repeat, we cannot guarantee you any safety/security. That’s on you!

What counts as different activities?

If there is a SFW and a NSFW variant of that activity, they count as a different activity. Example: Roleplay and Erotic Roleplay count as different activities.

More examples: Chatting = Online Friend (same activity), Chatting != Roleplay (different activities), Online Friend != IRL Meeting (different activities).

How to form a title

Your title should contain, who is searching who and for what activity.

[\4] \ - Your title

: Abbreviation of your gender identity in capital letter.
: Abbreviation of gender identity of the person you are searching for in capital letter.
: Full text title of activity you want to do.

Use “G” if you are searching for groups.

You can prefix \ and/or \ with “p” for “playing as” and “f” for “favoring”.

Examples:

[M4A] Adult chat - I’m collecting yiff of all Pokémon, can you help me out?
This means: “Male searching for any person for an adult chat.”

[pF4fM] Erotic roleplay - Vixen meets wolfpack
This means: “A person playing female is searching for any person (favoring males) for an erotic roleplay.”

[G4A] Meet in Zurich CH - Bröötle am Zürisee
This means: “A group of people is searching for any person to meet in Zürich Switzerland.”

[TF4G] Meet around Munich DE - Is there a fursuit building group open for a new member?
This means: “A trans female is searching for a group in the area of Munich Germany.”

It is encouraged to use the direct message (DM) feature to exchange personal information.

This is public, so you must be cautious with giving out your info!

I recommend using messengers that are end to end encrypted and don’t use a phone number as username.

Notice that in Telegram messages are not end to end encrypted by default and I strongly recommend using the “secret chat” feature, which enables end to end encryption.

A queer and yiffy lemmy instance for furry art discovery

With reddit killing third party apps and severely restricting their API, Yiffit aims to be a free and open alternative dedicated to sharing furry artwork (always with attribution), memes and meaningful discussion.

Yiffit.net is proud to be a LGBTQ+ safe space, inclusive, non-judgemental, community oriented, and so queer as fuck that we are unmarketable by any corporation ;)

Content: Both SFW & NSFW
Federation: Enabled
Community creation: Yes! Registrations: open, with manual approval to prevent abuse
Notable rules:

No underage characters.
All NSFW content must be appropriately flagged.
All posts must have attribution and the DNP list must be respected.
Sharing content that is behind a pay wall (piracy) is strictly forbidden.
Real NSFW photos and videos are only allowed if they are related to the submitter (eg. a selfie). This is to prevent distribution of sensitive photos without permission of the people depicted in them.
Posting via bots is allowed as long as long as it’s within the established frequency limits.

While unusual if you’re not familiar with furry artwork, this instance’s content is safe and legal to federate with.
