I don’t doubt that he is belligerent, I don’t doubt that he is capable of murder. He is a rapist. If “dangerous” is considered tough, then I buy it. But tough is not the same as strong. There is no strength without empathy.
I’m not sure that’s what he’s going for. He just looks unhappy to me, which seems very plausible. If he had half a brain, he’d do a Bill Gates and put on a careless smile in his mugshot.

Dangerous is not the same as tough. When toughness is necessary, then weakness is the dangerous trait.
