My city is surrounded by Bible belt rural “cities are literally Satan” counties
In like 3 directions now about 20-30 minutes out are these “fine I’ll build my own city with blackjack and bookers” “town centers” with residential and first floor commercial and a event area for concerts and stuff where you’ll NEVER have to drive
Until you need to do literally anything other than grab a cup of coffee. 🙄
