    If there was ever a time to get rid of “tiered(more like nerfed) benefits for new hires”, it’s now. Stop playing the employer’s silly game meant to divide unions. Corporate can run all the PR campaigns they want, play all their usual dirty tricks, delay tactics and politician “influencing”, if the union holds strong they will get a good amount of their demands.

    At the end of the day, the only people out for workers are fellow workers and strong unions empower that.
