This happened last year, but it’s a reminder that “stray bullets” (i.e. moving vehicles) are still a danger to everyone.

    Uh… that’s literally a photo, not of “a bike chained to a pole”, but a ghost bike. It’s okay to use words to describe what things are, and that’s a fucking ghost bike that’s been run over by a car. We have a phrase in English, it’s “ghost bike” and that phrase has been appropriately applied here. I… I just don’t even know where to go from here.

    If I called a photo of my computer a “computer” instead of “a box full of technology components” would you also get all ruffled?

    Also, it’s a crash, not an accident.
