I really like Banshee, but I was shocked to learn she was at a mere 0.53% usage on last year’s published stats. I’m also really fond of Yareli and Gyre.

Probably Caliban, Gyre, and Baruuk.
Tons of the frames lower on the list are fun/good.
There was a nice normalized list with variants combined and the lower couple MR removed, it was a little easier to read.
Caliban is hugely underrated, and one of my perfect kits. Armour removal Rhino, what’s not to love?
Yeah, really fun. Pre circuit I was running him for low end steel path with enough damage to clear fodder and energy to spam his 4, pretty fun. Haven’t worked on a SPC capable damage build yet, but yeah he’s so survivable, it’s great.

For my SPircuit build I just run 130% efficiency and Condemn, then fish for some efficiency. The combined action of Sentient Wrath and Fusion Strike’s strip is a huge damage increase.
For more damage I think there might be something in the way Smite and Breach Surge scale off the amount of decrees you have due to being coded as weapons.
