Got through first shift OK. Client was lovely and it was their first shift with the company as well.
Only problem was with the app - it wasn’t at all intuitive that there’s a little arrow icon that you have to press send to start so I didn’t realise that I was supposed to do that until I finished. Phoned the office to let them know and noted it in the notes and the client has to follow up a couple of things so she’ll let them know I showed up right on time, promise. 😂.
Had a gap between shifts and home is between clients so I’ve stopped home to have a cuppa and lunch and check on the cats.
