I’m not sure why people still think that author’s works need to be protected; because sharing was quite enjoyed by ancient authors. Humans don’t own anything; we trick ourselves into believing we can own things. We collectively share ideas.

Then just credit the person?
I’m not sure why people still think that author’s works need to be protected; because sharing was quite enjoyed by ancient authors.
