Like, break the top pane of glass, and proceed to take out the plates without opening the door. Or if it’s a sliding door, slide it just a bit and stuff the bottom with blankets, so they don’t fall to the floor. Also, a quantum state would result in a randomized result for each plate, but here they’re either all broken, or none are. There would need to be a probabilistic chooser, like someone trying to catch them as they’re falling but letting some % break (that could make for a fun video, though).
