With the other place going private, we’re here! This is basically an introduction post to introduce ourselves.

My earliest wrestling memory is having a recorded VHS tape of Royal Rumble 1990. I consider being a fan since the mid 90s around 6 years old. I loved Bret Hart, Shawn Michaels, and Diesel. Royal Rumble 1995 is my favorite Rumble. Just one foot. I felt sorry for the British Bulldog, though. I thought Mabel was a good wrestler. He won the King of the Ring! I mainly watched WWF Superstars weekend mornings and Coliseum Home Video. I was “banned” from watching wrestling during the Attitude Era lol. I started watching regularly again in 2002. The Ruthless Aggression era and TNA 04-09 is technically the era I grew up on. Today, I mainly watch AEW, but keep up with what goes on in the WWE. It’s neat seeing all the young stars become experienced veterans.

  • i’m one of the newest wrestling fans i know, never really watched it as a kid in the 90s. i got introduced to wrestling via the silly indie matches and DDT/NJPW shortly before AEW launched. i was actually watching through all of BTE when all out got announced so it felt like i’d showed up just at the right time in some ways

the golden lovers were my first big hook so i’m absolutely stoked for where things seem to be going with kenny and the elite coming up to forbidden door. as an american fan kind of coming from the japanese side the collaboration has been amazing to see, especially between AEW and TJPW (one of my fav promotions these days)

also i’ve finally been a fan long enough to see my group of young lions start to come back to the roster which is very fun! yota tsuji was my favorite young lion when i started watching new japan so i was super happy he joined LIJ, and of course shooter is looking like a million bucks these days
