$1.9m/MW is dirt cheap for nuclear, about one fifth the cost of a new site and about the same as the capital cost for wind+storage. This is due to recomissioning being cheaper.
I am seeing rumbles about already seeking additional funding from the state, so we’ll see if this project gets hit with the cost overruns that plague new construction.
