I wonder if this might get us electoral reform. The NDP can’t afford to go to another election this soon, but is that enough leverage to require MMP or (even better) STV to get their support?

I don’t know the history of BC politics well enough to have any idea about that beyond speculation. (Moved here since the last election.)
