Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy says last week's Oval Office blowup with U.S. counterpart Donald Trump was “regrettable,” and he adds, “It is time to make things right.”

If the US cannot uphold the Budapest memorandum document it signed, then Ukraine needs it’s nukes back
