Columbia is usually really good. I roasted one that had apple notes to it. It was amazing, and I’ve been searching for that flavor note combination since. Thanks for sharing the link!

How do you deal with the potential for the shots to unequal in volume?
In a perfect world, you get equal pour from both sides, but despite my efforts, I notice that’s not always the case.
I chose not to care, I had both cups on the scale and they looked about even though. If I really wanted accuracy I would have pulled the shot into a shot splitting cup and then split afterwards.

I need more of this in my life.
I still use a scale to measure the shot weight each time. That machine is manual and just runs a timer.
