This is the buggiest distro I’ve sampled in a while, the installer broke, gnome was glitching, update broke, gnome broke worse… Not production ready boys
To be fair when you download it, it warns you that it’s not production ready.
Slightly off topic, but there’s a review video linked in the article, in which the guy keeps pronouncing the G in Gnome with notable emphasis…
I always assumed it was silent?

The was a GNOME FAQ that describes “guh-NOME” or IPA /ɡˈnəʊm/ as the official pronunciation, due to the emphasis of G as GNU. It does acknowledge that many pronounce it “NOME” or /nəʊm/: https://stuff.mit.edu/afs/athena/astaff/project/aui/html/pronunciation.html
What is it with UN*X stuff and ridiculously wanky initialisms
I assume it’s a hard G as you also hear when people pronounce GNU.
When you put it that way, it makes sense. However, it doesn’t make me hate it any less.
