After passing my certification with ease, my instructor pointed out that women generally make better forklift drivers … so, this would make sense in an animé about the cut-and-thrust world of competitive forklift driving … which is also a thing BTW.

Worked with a guy who could pick up a dime with one of the forks. About the only thing he could do with precision, but still impressive.

I just recently found out they have forklift rodeos! there are videos of some on YouTube
the forklift skill is impressive, but the comments are the best part

The thing is, driving a forklift is actually fun, with the steering at the back and levers to move the forks etc, so I can imagine competing with them would be great … maybe the watching isn’t so compelling though
