Yeah, same! Looks like the name is coin or button battery and it seems like they do exist as an rechargeable option but it’s really hard to find them from on Amazon …
I did replace the batteries on my Sony earbuds to partial success. The batteries were not hard to find, I just had to dig around slightly for the right model. I actually even managed to upgrade since there was a new model of the battery since the earbuds had come out.

Ah damn, I didn’t even check the reviews albeit the ones on this listing smell like poopey fake reviews.
In regards to charging them thou, they shouldn’t require a separate charger since they’ll charge up in the earbud right?
edit: in fact, I think they use these 1054’s instead
