I think it’s pretty good for what it’s trying to do, which is relay scientific data to non-technical readers.
It’s a fairly standard format for news articles to be in.

Thankfully, a lot of browsers have a reader mode to undo such sins.

Do you sauna for 3 hours? or as the experiment is modelling for 5-12? without cooling your body down first?
