BBQ ribs
No sides, no sauce, nothing else.
Had a big lunch so we’re just picking at it. Lazy day, so that’s just fine!
Beef, pork, lamb or other?
Beef, kept it simple this time.
Funny thing, I have about 8 or 10 burritos in the freezer prepped for the busy season (so we could have something quick and easy), but I wanted greens and avocado in it (freezer is just a variety of beef, pork, chix, cheese & pinto beans)
Leftover pasta. Was gonna make it into a pasta bake but I can’t be fucked.
And of course there will be lots of beer and soju and cigarettes and music and good times. Cheers 🍺
