Pork chops with rocket salad & apple, red onion, avocado

Yesterday we ended up having McDonalds, so it had to be the chicken schnitzel tonight. Elder wanted to help so he seasoned the crumbs and I showed him how to crumb the schnitzels. He did that and mashed the spud, whilst I did the corn and broccoli and cooked. Came out lovely! My kids are really coming on as little cooks 💪🏼
