I feel bad that people like this are reinforcing the stereotype about the name Karen.
When I worked retail I had a manager called Karen and she’s pretty good, both as a person and as a manager. Some sort of karmic balance?

There are some great gems from this trial. This lady sounds not only lazy, but also extremely unpleasant to be around. I imagine she still feels wronged and will never change and grow.
