Genuine Intel 0000 means it’s an engineering sample. I would guess this is some sort of preproduction/production sample Thinkpad with that in mind.
Personally I’d buy it just so I could own an engineering sample. That’s dope
If you’re asking for more information on it, using an app like CPU-Z would probably yield the most precise hardware info.

According to the psref if it has 20 cores then it’s the Core i7-1370P which is the top end CPU.
