Pressure cooker risotto - pancetta, mushies and veg and cheese plus some left over salad and hommus

Election night in the US, it’s also Taco Tuesday!

Here’s a pic of the spaghetti with braised beef cheeks from the other day

Mix night… there was one steak left, so Elder Minipeeler scored that with some salad. There’s a mini lasagna for Miniest, a bigger lasagna for someone and some mini pizzas which need topping. So it’s a bit of everything to empty out the fridge a little.
