They usually never lie. They frame things in incredibly misleading ways, leave out context, etc. but they technically just report facts. Its shitty, but from a legal standpoint there is no way to make this illegal without heavily restricting journalists ability to do anything.

Technically, Among Us the killer isn’t a human assassin but a creature like the eponynous thing in John Carpenter’s The Thing. The game features a tongue attack that no human (known) can do.
Personally, I was turned onto Among Us by my grandson who loved the game, and it was a way to bond. I went by Wargraves and nobody ever got the reference. It was a little wierd thay most of the players were grade-schoolers who had a tendency to assume everyone else was also their age. After all, I’m wearing the top hat and am named after an Agatha Christie character.
Well, to be fair, I don’t think too many grade schoolers are reading Agatha Christie novels much of these days…

Yes, but among my regular players were Agatha Christie enthusiasts, and they failed to notice as well.
My Grandson is 11 now and is reading YAF, so there’s still hope. My partner, who is an avid reader has been calling him up to read a book together.
