Good riddance
I’m not sure anyone in the history of film has been allowed to repeatedly wipe their shitty ass with an iconic beloved franchise as this woman has with Star Wars, even after years of all her decisions literally turning to shit, and turning an entire generation off of a core global property, which needed to be treated with respect and love for it’s fans, this woman trashed it, and was allowed to keep trashing it. One of the more amazing business failures I’ve ever seen.
Don’t worry. You’ll hate the next one too. Nothing will live up to your standards because they’re absurd and what you really want is someone to blame for your frustrations of not being able to be as happy as you remember being at 10 years old watching Star wars for the first time, which no one can live up to.
I wouldn’t call it high standards to ask for them to try harder than this:
Too late, that entire IP has been dead to me for years.
Somehow, in 2 decades, she comes back.
Because that’s just how these kind of stories go.
