I doubt that Russia would allow Zelensky to get it. The whole situation started because Russia was afraid on NATO putting nukes in its borders.
that’s the claim, anyway… never mind the fact that nukes can literally be based anywhere on the planet and be an effective weapon and deterrent. there’s not near the value in them being on the ‘front lines’ as putin wants the world to believe.
Except NATO already has had nukes stationed closer to Moscow the any point in Ukraine for decades?
