What’s everyone eating today?

  • BBQ ribs, wedges, corn on the cob, and my wife’s cornbread muffins.

    I used to do my own ribs from scratch, and they were good, but now the main squeeze works at a food distributor and gets 2 full racks of sous vide ribs for $16, so it’s a no brainer. 25 minutes in the air fryer, toss in sauce, char on grill. Classic ETA BBQ sauce, I reckon it still holds its own just fine! 😉
