    Only 19 of the 26 countries are on board. It’ll need more work to get a unanimous vote. But with Romania being pro-Russia and having Hungary’s back, that’s not happening. The most likely thing to happen is making the membership of Hungary in the EU useless or a net negative to them. For example if all EU funds were blocked, Hungary would have a huge problem.
