I can’t speak about the Hungarians, but at least in Germany the scottish jokes are all about how they are penny pinchers and Scrooges.

Really? Car theft jokes are still fairly popular in my experience.
I know they were, but I haven’t heard one for at least 20 years. Maybe we had too many polish seasonal workers in my town, but no stolen cars.
Italians apparently just joke about each other
If you aren’t italian. You can’t even imagine the animosity between south and north italy. And frankly, in most cases it falls into essentially racism. Even between two adjacent cities. It’s appalling.
Don’t forget that Italy is basically “The United States of Italy”
