Don’t forget ladyballers, which was originally supposed to be a basically ‘opinionated’ documentar, where just some of the gang try to sign up for an actual, realworld basketball league, as women.
This original concept of the movie was scrapped after they were told they would all have to actually start on HRT and progress to the point that their metabolic panels came back showing they were now within whatever parameters that local/minor league used as their definition of ‘sufficiently transitioned’, and none of the crew/actors would do it.
So, they made it into a fucking terrible ‘comedy’ movie instead.
Shapiro is on camera admitting this, laughing the whole time, utterly missing the fact that… that this happened basically destroys 99% of the ‘facts and logic’ he uses to generate his rhetoric regarding trans folks.
