No offense to Indians at all here, we all know the scam caller role is a stereotype. But they do have all those scam callers, and I noticed that whenever I pick up the phone and it’s them, never have I ever gotten another woman on the other line. It’s always a guy who asks about the warranty on my nonexistent car. Why? Are only men there allowed to scam everyone while scamming hasn’t entered the sphere of womens’ rights yet?
Usually in India, men go to work and women stay at home as housewifes - so you’re far less likely to encounter a woman.
That’s anecdotal and false though more men yeah.
