I don’t think that is news to anyone who has been around a while. He has tried really hard to be less of a jerk than he came across as years and years ago; but he can still be very blunt and to the point

Yes please, if it’s only 4 minutes you should be able to air your grievances with Linus in text fairly easily and save us all from having to watch some shitty YouTube video

Are we judging people on what they did and said over 10 years ago? If so, then that says more about the one judging than the one judged.
Imagine the pressure of safeguarding the only true hope of freedom from capitalism. One cannot underestimate the importance of open source. His ego does get in the way because ultimately, everybody is replaceable. But very few could be as militantly focused on the importance of the mission. When you remove money, all the motivators are different. His ability to get results from bullying and public shaming should be studied for how its outcome is different than typical bullying. And he even went to therapy specifically to work on this. Fight another battle.
