Any nation state claiming to represent the entirety of the Jewish People gets a “Free Holocaust Pass (Valid For Executing One Holocaust ONLY)”.
Can the holocaust last as long as the nation state wants?
Well, Holocausts naturaly end once the untermenschen ethnicity has been wiped out, which is generally the whole point of doing a Holocaust.
Have they considered turning the lights on in their conference hall? Or maybe they just want to look like villains plotting famine and genocide.
Compare that to how fast they started mounting new sanctions against Iran recently.

Define “action”
They have identified it as a famine. And almost every day they say it’s Israel intentionally starving people as a weapon of war.
The famine declaration was by the UN, not the EU. As for the latter I haven’t heard of any EU declaration going that far. Even if it did, though, those are words, not action.
