I’m new to CoMaps, been using Organic Maps for a while. What’s so special about CoMaps?
Do you want the short answer, or a longer history?
But basically, Organic:
- Is governed by a for-profit company
- Lacks transparency
- Added affiliate links to locations on the map
And since the fork, CoMaps have been moving swiftly in adding features as seen here. I don’t know what’s been happening to Organic, as I’ve stopped following them.
