1.6 hours is within the 2 hour refund window steam has, plus they are voicing their opinion (as shitty as it is) on why they disliked the game after playing for 1.6 hours.

Only some of what he’s talking about is even remotely in the game, and I don’t think any of it is in the first 1.6 hours.
