Health Canada and others should work more closely with their equivalent institutions in e.g. the EU, Switzerland, UK, Australia, Japan, Brazil.
I didn’t think Canada did “rely” on U.S institutions. They might work in partnership with them at times, but not “rely”.

Yeah I was under the impression they were used for very specific cases or when some sort of spike was straining their system. Thats kind of sensible really.
“Institution” in this case means the CDC, drug manufacturers, blood banks and analysis technology, not hospitals or federal health services.
