Saw in Tesco Hertford the other day. Looked and sounded excellent.

Cooked it up this morning, not bad but I have been spoilt by This Isn’t and La Vie bacon.

It’s far too soft, and breaks apart easily (but you may want that) but not much flavour at all.

Won’t buy it again. Which is a pity as I want to eat more tofu as opposed to UHP stuff.

Will stay with bread maker seitan and This Isn’t.
