Personally, cross-posting and feeds in browser without any apps is a big plus.
Thank you for the link! I think both do and will co-exist allright. I think sooner or later there will be a German instance, so I’m rooting for sooner and for a solid foundation (like feddit.org) rather than a strenuous & vulnerable one person effort (like feddit.de…)
Feddit.org is great! But for some (potential) communities Piefed’s flairs and tags are really great, for example. I think something like that is planned for Lemmy 1.0, tho.
I don’t know if the fediverse foundation ever noticed this post. They are more active on Mastodon than Lemmy, maybe ping them there.
That’s a possibility, yes. I’m going to suggest a new Community (Piefed) tomorrow, will ping them on that occasion. Thank you!
