They’re still installing E1100 Killer WiFi drivers on my old rig’s E2200s, making them non-functional unless I uninstall the driver and restart. Registry edits and the like don’t fix it. I even wiped the entire machine. So my new rig is Linux, and even though the problem one has a 2080 TI in it, I’m gonna wrestle with Nvidia drivers on Linux so my kid using the rig can get wired connection speeds. You done fucked up too much Microsoft. An OS should stay out of my way, not try to run the entire show.

There’s no wrestling to install NVIDIA drivers. They’re just not FOSS.

Theres no wrestling if you do it right. Last time I tried to convert this desktop I pulled my laptop config and it was not okay.

Microsoft is claims to be …

    Come on now.

    We can… learn, right?

Admit when we’ve been abused, consistently, for a very long time?
