Check out “Into the Wild” by Krakauer. It’s about a dude
spoiler
who loves running, jogging, travelling, and the wilderness. He travels off the grid for years and stores his belongings in a hole in the ground. He eventually embarks on a journey to isolate himself and live amongst nature.
Then he kills a moose he is incapable of curing, eats some bad berries, and starved to death.
I read this and it’s always stuck with me: humans can be fucking morons.
Interesting you wrote that as though everyone doesn’t already know everything about Chris McCandless.
Evidence that it fits the criteria
I don’t recall any criteria being established in this thread?
The post is a social media text which says “The very best books are [criteria]”
Did the Chris McCandless book by Krakauer change you into a different person for the rest of your life?
Not everyone, no.
Excellent, quick read, maybe just add a spoiler tag. I think about this guy from time to time.
The third and final wish is granted.
The first wish was a turkey sandwich and the second wish was for Biden to not be president anymore.

This is one of the dumbest attempts at depth I’ve ever seen

Did you think about it?
And if you think about it, [fill in the blank] is actually a spell.
